Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds

P2A Refund & Migration Policy

1. Strictly Non-Refundable Course Fees

Once you have taken admission to a specific program or service and payment is processed, the course fee is absolutely and completely non-refundable. Under no circumstances will the paid amount be refunded to your original payment method or cash balance.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that all admission and course fees are final, permanent, and non-refundable.

2. Program Migration Policy

While funds cannot be refunded, they may be transferred to a different program under the following strict conditions:

  • Fund Adjustment: The paid amount will reflect in your user account. You have the option to migrate from one admitted program or service to another (subject to availability and P2A approval). Your existing funds will be adjusted toward the new program, but absolutely no cash or payment refund will be issued for any differences.
  • 72-Hour Window: If you wish to migrate from one program to another, you must formally inform P2A within 72 hours of your initial admission. Request made after 72 hours will not be entertained.
  • One-Time Limit: Migration can only be offered once per admission.
  • Approval Authority: P2A reserves the sole right to accept or reject any migration request based on course availability and internal conditions.

3. Technical Overpayment Errors

The only exception to the refund rule is a technical system error.

  • Claim Timeline: In the event of a technical payment error resulting in an overpayment (double charging, incorrect billing amount), you must claim a refund for the excess amount only within 3 days of the transaction.
  • Processing Time: Approved technical refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds for overpayments made via mobile financial services (MFS), debit/credit cards, or internet banking will be credited back exclusively through the original payment method used.
